1. Scholarships- Each year our chapter raises funds to award recipients scholarship funds through the Stephen Bufton Memorial Education Fund
2. Professional Development- Featured Speaker and topic each month
3. Upgrade Skills – Charing an event, serving on a board, running for chapter positions
4. Networking -Throughout chapters, District,National
5. Education – Business courses, Gemba Academy, Conferences
